Terms of Service

By creating an account on Teacher's Crib, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're under 18, please confirm with a parent or guardian before proceeding.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

One account per person — account sharing to circumvent subscription payment isn't permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (see Section 7).

Teacher's Crib is a subscription service, paid via M-Pesa.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; renewal requires a successful M-Pesa payment (Teacher's Crib does not have the ability to charge you without your active confirmation via M-Pesa's STK Push prompt).

Refund policy: to be defined in consultation with the client before launch.

If payment fails or a subscription lapses, access to enrolled courses is paused until renewal.

Instructors retain ownership of the courses and materials they create and upload.

By publishing a course, an instructor grants Teacher's Crib a license to host, display, and deliver that content to enrolled students as part of the service. The precise scope of this license will be defined with legal review.

Instructors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they upload (not infringing third-party copyright).

Users may not:

Share account credentials to bypass subscription payment.

Upload content that infringes copyright, is unlawful, or violates the rights of others.

Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Harass instructors, students, or staff.

Live class sessions may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled students. By joining a live session, participants consent to being recorded if the instructor has recording enabled.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, with notice where practicable.

You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy (Section 6) for what happens to your data on account closure.

Teacher's Crib is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability (third-party dependencies — payment gateway, video provider — can affect service).

Full limitation-of-liability language will be drafted with legal review before launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Dispute resolution approach for user-facing disputes will be confirmed with legal review.
